OBAMA STILL SLIPS IN POLL - AT 4:52 P.M. ET:  The Rasmussen survey for today shows continued slippage for the president.  Some 55% approve of the job Mr. Obama is doing, while 44% disapprove.  That's a gap of only eleven.  The day after inauguration it was 35.  Equally ominous for the White House is what Ras calls the presidential approval index, the gap between those who strongly approve and those who strongly disapprove.  Strongly approve today is 36%, strongly disapprove is 32%, a gap of four.  The day after inauguration it was 28.
